Diablo 2 Resurrected Cinematic trailers

Had the pleasure of working as the lead character artist on this project alongside Peter Nowacki and Camille Fourniols.

My role on this one was to lead the incredible character team at Axis Studios. Was mostly focused on overseeing the modelling aspects, but was also leading texturing and shading early on before Peter Nowacki joined the team.

In addition to leading I did a number of various hands on tasks on most of the characters at some point. But the most notable ones where:

I was responsible for processing the client provided model of Diablo. This included topology and UV updates, texture transferring/projecting, upressing or replacing textures when needed, surfacing and shading.

Shading and texture tweaks for Tal Rasha in his human form.

Second pass shading and texture updates on Tal Rasha in his demon form.

This was by far the most challenging project I've worked on so far with so many characters to keep track of. I'm very happy about how beautiful it turned out and how well it's been received by fans (me being one of them). This is definitely one to cross off the bucket list for me.
